Cancellation Policy:

All fees, except a $100 handling fee will be refunded if written cancellation
is received by May 2, 2012. No refunds will be granted after May 2, 2012,
for cancellations or no-shows.

Hotel not included in price. (Room block cut-off is April 27th. The AMBA cannot guarantee anyone a room after the special-rated AMBA block has filled.)
