Are You Covered for Machinery Breakdown?
April 18, 2012, 12:00-12:45pm CT
AMBA members - Free and Non-members - $50

Over the past 25 years of insuring mold builders, the most common cause of loss is not what you might think. It is NOT fires, tornados, burglary or explosion: it is mechanical breakdown of your equipment and machinery. Even with expert installation and regular maintenance, your equipment can and does break down. Mechanical or electrical failures can essentially shut down your business. Will you have the right protection to cover these types of losses?

The causes of a Mechanical Breakdown loss can come from external sources like power surges or brown outs or it can come from the machine internally breaking down. There's even the possibility that it can come from employee error. Which ever is the cause of the damage, you can cover your high-valued CNC Equipment for these expensive repairs with Machinery Breakdown Coverage. During the webinar, insurance specialists, Rick Miller and Jay Fagan of AMBA-endorsed insurance company, Acrisure dba The Campbell Group, will give you answers to questions about

• Types of losses that are covered
• Limits of coverage you need to carry
• Deductibles
• Exclusions found in Mechanical Breakdown Coverage
