He will also provide his take on the industry and what we need to do as individuals, companies and AMBA members to thrive in a challenging business environment.
MAKING THE MOST OF DIFFICULT SITUATIONS, CHANGING MARKETS, CHANGING TIMES
Our special Keynote Speaker Garrison Wynn, is co-author of "Speaking of Success," a book he wrote with Steven Covey ("Seven Habits of Highly Success People"); Ken Blanchard ("One Minute Manager"); and Jack Canfield (co-author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul").

How do we overcome these challenging times? Garrison's funny, insightful keynote combines relationship building with no-fluff motivation and change to deliver real solutions in uncertain times. Long-term success requires more than being a skilled moldmaker. It also requires the ability to create strong, enduring business relationships and to successfully manage customer and employee expectations, especially during turbulent times.

This session will cover a lot of ground and provide no-cost, easily-implemented, proven solutions that you can use right away.
  ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING -
How It Can Help Improve the Bottom Line
Don't know much about ERP? Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is something every company needs to be efficient, productive and improve the bottom line.

Sara Maras from JobBoss is truly an expert at this technology and will show you how you can optimize your company's total performance from the front door to the manufacturing floor using an ERP system. Learn how all functions in the company can be linked so that you can save steps (and time!) in each process from purchasing components, to job scheduling, to shipping.

With new functionalities and modules that can enhance your operations, you'll want to know more about how ERP can make your business successful and profitable!
